Service Agreement

These terms govern junk removal and hauling services provided by The Junk Dudes San Diego. By scheduling a pickup or requesting a quote, you agree to these terms. We provide labor, transportation, and disposal for the items you ask us to remove. We are a family-owned, locally operated company serving San Diego County.

Pricing and Payment

Pricing is based on the volume your items occupy in the truck, plus any disposal fees for specific materials. We provide a free, no-obligation quote and confirm the price before any work begins. If a job turns out smaller than estimated, you pay less, not more. Payment is due on completion. We accept cash and card, and checks for repeat and commercial accounts.

Scheduling and Cancellation

We schedule pickups by phone or text. Same-day service is offered when availability allows. You may reschedule or cancel at no charge up until our crew is dispatched to your address. We ask for as much notice as possible so we can offer the slot to another customer.

Items We Will Not Remove

For the safety of our crew and to comply with the law, we cannot haul hazardous or regulated materials, including:

• Wet paint, solvents, motor oil, and chemicals.
• Asbestos and materials containing asbestos.
• Biohazards, medical waste, and human or animal waste.
• Ammunition, explosives, and flammable materials.

If you are unsure about an item, ask us before the pickup and we will advise you on proper disposal.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid for the job in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Once an item is loaded onto our truck for disposal, it cannot be returned.

Property Damage Policy

Our crew takes care to protect your floors, walls, and doorways during removal. We are licensed and insured. If we cause damage to your property during a job, report it to us within 3 days and we will work with you to make it right. Pre-existing damage and normal wear are not covered.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute arising from our services will be handled in the courts of San Diego County, California.
