Your Rights Under CCPA
The California Consumer Privacy Act gives California residents specific rights over their personal information. You have the right to:
- Know what personal information we collect and how we use it.
- Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Request deletion of your personal information.
- Opt out of the sale of personal information.
We do not sell personal information, so the opt-out right does not apply, but you may still exercise the others at any time.
Categories of Information Collected
In the past 12 months we may have collected the following categories of personal information:
- Identifiers such as name, phone number, and email address.
- Geographic information such as the city and address of a job.
- Internet activity such as pages visited and basic analytics data.
We collect this information directly from you when you request a quote, and automatically through standard website analytics.
How to Make a Request
To exercise any of your CCPA rights, email info@junkdudessd.com or call (619) 457-6416. We will verify your identity by confirming details from your service record before acting on a request. We respond to verified requests within 45 days. You may also designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf.
Non-Discrimination Policy
We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA rights. We will not deny you service, charge you a different price, or provide a different level of service because you made a privacy request.
