We cannot guarantee a specific charity accepts a specific item, since each one has its own intake rules, but our default is always to find a home for anything still usable before considering disposal. We are happy to tell you where a load went.
No. Our pricing is based on volume and labor, the same as any junk removal job, and routing items to donation or recycling does not add a fee. Sorting responsibly is simply how we operate, not an upgrade you pay extra for. You get a free upfront quote and the green outcome is included. Doing it right does not cost you more.
When items go to a charity that issues receipts, we can request one or point you to the partner so you can claim the donation. Receipt availability depends on the charity and the items, so we cannot promise one for every load. If a tax receipt matters to you, mention it when you call and we will do our best to route your items accordingly.
Bulk trash pickup covers the large household items that do not fit in a normal curbside bin, such as broken furniture, worn mattresses, old carpet, and general clutter from a clearout. Even with bulk trash we sort for recyclables first. We are a newly launched family business and we treat every load as a chance to keep material out of the landfill.
We keep as much out as we honestly can. The exact share depends on what you have. A load of usable furniture and metal diverts almost entirely, while a load of true garbage mostly cannot. What we promise is the process: donation first, recycling second, landfill last, every single time. We will never take the easy route and dump a load that could have been diverted.
